Serafina is a delightfully sweet girl co-owned with Joann and Julia Payne of Fairfax, VA. She lives with another Springer, “Henry”, and two Cavaliers, “Champ” and “Bailey”. She adores children, especially Joann’s granddaughter, Libby.
